What You Will Do
The Healthcare Data Associate is a member of Quality Improvement and Outcomes Management (QIOM) Division and part of The Center’s multidisciplinary team. The role is primarily responsible for gathering, validating, and processing performance data required for quality and outcome measurement and improvement activities across the organization. The Associate is responsible for managing QIOM administrative tasks and conducting, collecting and entering client responses for the ongoing client satisfaction monitoring process at The Center. The position collaborates with program and operation teams to support data acquisition and management. Under the direction of the Director of QIOM, this position provides QIOM functions for multiple program and department areas within the organization. The position directly reports to the Director of the QIOM Division.

The hourly rate for this position is $26.44-$28.84 and comes with all of our full time benefits.
